In this i am going to explain that the worst service conditions of tata indicom broadband, I prefer don't take the connections if you do you are the looser i have been faced the problem with the connection, server down for four days and the customer care person telling that the problem will solve with in 6 working hour's like 5 days but there is solution, and the customer care is fail to provide even the phone numbers of local person who is related in technical to know the exact problem, finally when i went to office at chennupati petrol bunk tata indicom broadband connection off ice the office person is for only giving information as the status, he is not able to fallow up the problem, when i asked him about their contact no "customer care dos't know the numbers of the office off vijayawada " he reply the office contact number dose not update to the customer care.. i just asked the person just information about what happen the (F C) told that the server where they put the house owner has some issue between the service provider and the owner switched off the server and locked.. so the connection will resolve when the owner mood is good, after all these i received a call from the (technical office of tata broadband VIZAD). he said that they identify the problem after 5th day of dis connection and ofter i met at the office. and he said that the technical office of tata indicom broadband is not avealibal at Vijayawada only the FC 's and the collection people.. are there in Vijayawada.. finally the problem going.. this is happen not even a first time 4th one
